Shade match
Your starting shade is recorded so the change is measured, not guessed. It is also where realistic expectations get set for the session ahead.

Protection first
Gingival protection gel is applied along the gum line before any whitening begins — a safe, comfortable experience is the part that comes before the result.

Desensitise
Before the whitening gel goes on, a desensitising gel is applied. It calms the nerves within the teeth and maintains hydration and enamel care, so the session stays comfortable.

Whitening cycles
The whitening gel is applied and activated in timed cycles: thirty minutes for the Express and Top-Up sessions, a full hour for the Signature and Extended Top-Up.

Aftercare

The first 48 hours do the work.

After whitening your teeth are more porous and absorb stains far more easily. The rule is simple: the more colourful something is, the more likely it is to stain.

The white diet

Avoid tea, coffee, red wine and dark sauces for 24 to 48 hours, along with coloured foods, as they are likely to stain your new smile.

Sensitivity

Use a desensitising toothpaste if you experience temporary sensitivity.

Gentle care

Avoid abrasive or whitening toothpastes for several days after your treatment.

Stain prevention

Avoid smoking or tobacco products to maintain your bright white smile, as they could reverse your results.

Gum protection

If gum irritation occurs it is temporary. Contact your dentist if discomfort persists.

Maintenance

Wait 30 minutes after eating before brushing, to protect enamel.

If you do have something from the avoid list, use a straw and rinse your mouth with water afterwards. It will not undo the session, but it will limit the staining.
